Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for staff, clients, and visitors alike. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth Handle multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette Organize files, documents, and correspondence through effective filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and confidentiality Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, ensuring client satisfaction at all times Accounts Receivables Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is essential Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all task Preferred but not required (Background in working in CPA firms)
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
