Job Description

Office Administrator — Glass & Glazing Company LMG Glass and Mirror is looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations for our glass and glazing business. This position is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates professionally, and can help keep office paperwork, customer communication, and administrative tasks organized. Experience in construction, service, or the trades is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Answer phones and respond to customer emails professionally. Organize job files, estimates, invoices, and office paperwork. Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and ordering office supplies. Support management and the office team with daily administrative tasks. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional phone and communication skills. Comfortable using email and basic computer programs. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Construction, glass, glazing, or service-industry experience is helpful but not required. Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
