Job Description
Job description VoltAire Systems, an HVAC manufacturer in Orlando, FL (www.voltairesys.com), is seeking a self-motivated and outgoing individual who is looking for an opportunity to join our team as an Office & Accounting Manager.
Primary responsibilities include:
Accounting & Finance Apply vendor bills and process payments Manage credit card transactions and employee reimbursements Perform reconciliations and month-end closings Prepare and review financial statements Handle payroll processing and 401(k) payments Applying customer credits HR & Employee Administration Oversee onboarding and termination workflows Maintain employee data via Paycor Coordinate 401(k) enrollment/termination Facilitate ICHRA reimbursements and workers' comp claims Conduct or assist with employee evaluations Support leadership with administrative tasks Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations Qualifications 3+ years experience in accounting, office management, or HR support roles Proficient in QuickBooks, Paycor, and Microsoft Excel (or similar tools) Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and confidentiality Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities If you are looking for a career with growth potential and are committed to personal and professional development, we have a great opportunity for you!
