The ideal candidate is professional, detail oriented, and enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and cared for. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors with a smile, handling overall inquiries, and maintaining a professional reception area Oversee phone systems, directing calls efficiently and providing excellent customer service Maintain accurate patient and insurance records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure organizational integrity Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision over the phone, email, and in person Utilize software tools on our EHR system Support bookkeeping activities and basic office management tasks to keep operations running smoothly with patient care Assist with clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, and managing correspondence Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills is preferred Proficiency in computer literacy including electronic health records systems Experience with patient care, strong communication skills, and outgoing friendliness Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and clerical practices Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times A positive attitude and reliable attendance.
