What You'll Do :
As our Office Administrator, you will manage the essential logistics that keep us running smoothly, from high-level communication to facility oversight. The Face of the
Firm:
Greet visitors with a professional, welcoming demeanor. You'll manage our central phone system, screening and routing calls to keep our team connected.

You're professional on the phone, warm in person, and clear in your emails.
Problem Solver:
When the copier jams or a lightbulb flickers, you're already on it.
Adaptable:
You're happy to jump in on accounting tasks or event planning—whatever helps the team win. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or office management role. Proficiency in [Office Suite, e.g., Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace]. Ability to lift [X] lbs (for supply restocking) and remain mobile throughout the day. A "no task is too small" attitude.
Command Central:
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and conference room schedules. You'll be the primary point of contact for our landlord regarding building issues and security protocols.
Office Logistics:
Keep the "engine" humming by troubleshooting office equipment (copiers, postage meters, kitchen appliances) and overseeing housekeeping and maintenance.
Supply & Inventory Pro:
You'll have a pulse on our inventory, restocking everything from coffee and vending machines to office supplies and branded company materials.
Culture & Support:
Organize office catering for meetings, assist in planning epic off-site company functions, and provide vital administrative or accounting support to various departments.
Pay:
From $27.00 per hour
