This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable handling multiple administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Prepare, review, and distribute documents and correspondence Perform data entry and assist with invoice tracking Maintain office supplies and general office organization Support project managers with administrative tasks Perform additional office duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Friendly, and extroverted personality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in a similar role would be an asset but is not required.
