Job Description

Office Manager Pompano Beach, FL Seeking an experienced Office Manager for our growing law firm Our firm currently consists of approximately 55-60 team members, and the individual hired for this role will be responsible for handling all HR-related matters, except for payroll, as we utilize a separate payroll management company for payroll processing and administration. The Office Manager will be expected to oversee staff management on a daily basis and ensure that all office policies and procedures are consistently implemented without deviation. This position will work closely with the Litigation Manager, Compliance Officer, and the Firm's two partners. Additionally, the Office Manager will oversee office supply ordering and vendor management. Given the scope and importance of this role, we are specifically seeking a candidate with substantial office administration and management experience.
