Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Scheduler / Administrative Assistant to support scheduling operations within a fast-paced construction/services environment. This role is responsible for coordinating services and inspections while maintaining communication with builders, field teams, and local counties. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume setting, enjoys multitasking, and wants to grow into a long-term role. Key Responsibilities Schedule all variety of services using internal systems Reschedule service work as needed Utilize systems such as Computer Ease and Supply Pro to coordinate schedules and communicate with builders Maintain and update the master schedule; communicate delays or changes to appropriate parties Manage a high volume of scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment Schedule inspections (wide variety of electrical services) Track and document inspection results (passed/failed) in Excel logs and shared drives Process failed inspection fees and maintain accurate records Communicate with county offices regarding permitting or scheduling issues Access builder portals and multiple systems to monitor job site updates Provide coverage for other locations when needed Perform additional administrative and scheduling duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma required 2+ years of customer service experience Strong attendance, reliability, and accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders Ability to stay focused and work well under pressure Team-oriented with a willingness to learn new systems and processes Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of scheduling experience 3+ years of data entry experience Experience in construction, electrical, or service-based industries Familiarity with Computer Ease, Supply Pro, or similar scheduling systems Experience scheduling inspections, permits, or working with builder portals Why Join Us?
