Job Description

Office Admin Administrative Assistant for a local real estate brokerage, helping support our agents, clients, marketing efforts, and daily office operations.
Transactional Assistance:
Assist the Transaction Manager with processing listings and closings, including printing documents, creating office files, saving documentation to Google Drive, and following up with agents regarding missing paperwork. Prepare and organize listing and buyer information folders. Create marketing literature folders and print listing flyers. Deliver signs, lockboxes, and literature folders to homes, primarily in Burnt Store/ Punta Gorda. Meet photographers at properties to facilitate photo sessions Meet photographers, home inspectors, and other vendors at properties as needed. Make copies of property keys and maintain key organization. Monitor marketing literature at active listings, replenishing and updating as needed, Prepare furniture exclusion lists and inventory lists of items conveying with a property
Reception:
Sitting at front desk, greeting visitors, seating clients in the conference room Answering phone and providing contact information for agents as needed/ taking messages
Database Management:
Ongoing upkeep of database, entering and updating contact information
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Proficiency with Google Drive and basic office technology. Professional communication skills when interacting with agents, clients, and vendors. Opportunity to be involved with other things depending on skills and interests, including assisting with home staging, assisting with social media content, additional support for agents, and more.
Hours/ Pay:
$17/ hour Mon - Fri (9 - 12:30, potential to shift to 8:30am start time, or additional hours available at busy times)
