Supported by a team of dedicated professionals, we are committed to delivering unparalleled quality in every product we manufacture. We are looking for an HR Office Manager to organize and coordinate HR administration duties and office procedures. Your responsibility is to support directly to the President of the company, establish and maintain a professional work environment, ensuring optimal organizational efficiency, communication, and safety.Responsibilities:
Directly support the President/CEO of the company on HR and administration related tasks Overseeing general office operations Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules. Organizing company events and conferences. Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations. Conduct interviews, facilitate training for new hires, and manage employment paperwork. Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels. Generating reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts. Creating presentations and other high-level reports for effective communication. Collaborating with maintenance companies to uphold office cleanliness and safety, and ensuring proper functioning of appliances. Regularly reporting office progress to senior management and collaborating with them to enhance office operations and procedures.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated experience in Human Resources. Previous experience in office management. Exceptional computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Job Type:
