We move quickly, treat customers like family, and finish projects the right way—clean and on schedule. The Role You'll own the pipeline after a lead comes in and until a 5-star review is posted .

That means:

schedule leads, hand off to sales, dispatch subs with crystal-clear work orders, place daily material orders, keep the board full, collect final payments, and make sure customers are genuinely happy. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Schedule flooring estimates and appointments Follow up with leads and customers Help manage customer information in CRM Assist with invoices and payments Help maintain showroom organization and cleanliness Communicate with sales reps and installers daily Help create a great customer experience Requirements Strong communication skills Organized and dependable Able to multitask in a fast paced environment Basic computer skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:

Customer service experience Flooring or construction experience Bilingual Schedule Monday through

10:00 AM to 7:00

PM Saturday:
