Full Job Description Summary:
The Office & Membership Manger is actively engaged in all aspects of MartinArts and provides administrative support to the Executive Director and other staff/projects as assigned. This position supports assigned special projects, manages Bloomerang CRM (membership, donors, volunteers and fundraising) and internal and external calendars, takes meeting minutes, and sends meeting notices.
Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATION
Responsible for the day-to-day office management for MartinArts and ensures that state and organizational policies are being followed.
  • Supports the Executive Director with key communications, including correspondence with boards and committees, as well as event notifications and reminders.
  • Provides staff support for campaign and campaign volunteers with direction from Executive Director.
  • Assists staff with administrative needs, including calendar management and committee communication.
  • Maintains and updates contact lists to ensure committee members, donors, and key contacts are included in organizational communications (including e-blasts and mailed materials).
  • Updates the MartinArts website, including the event calendar, board meeting information, document portals, and payment pages.
  • Serves as office manager, coordinating with vendors for supplies, service, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinates mailings.
  • Answers phone calls and responds to inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Provides general information to the public regarding MartinArts programs and events.
FUNDRAISING & DONOR RELATIONS
  • Manages Bloomerang CRM database with primary responsibility for data/gift input and acknowledgment.
  • Works within database to maintain accurate and consistent donor records.
  • Processes donations and ensures donors receive all benefits and deliverables.
  • Oversees membership program and ensures consistent member outreach and renewal.
PROGRAMMATIC
EVENTS
  • Provides support for MartinArts events as directed, including specific assignments for ArtsFest and the MartinArts Awards.
Performs other duties as directed.
Requirements:
Computer proficiency required with experience in all Microsoft applications, and preferably database management (e.g. CRMs). Excellent written and oral communications and organizational skills required with an aptitude for an elevated level of attention to detail. Experience is preferred in an area related to nonprofit and/or arts management. It is important to work with volunteers, committees, and the public as part of a team.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
