Position Overview:
HTI is partnering with a growing engineering-focused organization to identify an Office Manager to support their Tallahassee office. This individual will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting leadership and project teams. This is a highly visible, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys owning office operations and being a central point of coordination.

What You Need:
3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience supporting professional services, engineering, or technical teams is a plus
What Your Role Will Look Like:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized and efficient environment Act as the primary point of contact for administrative needs across the office Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasks Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility-related needs Assist with onboarding coordination and general HR administrative support Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and office events Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems Support basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking and expense coordination Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall office efficiency
