Office Administrator Real One Property Management LLC Tamarac, FL Job Details Part-time $700 a week 13 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Spanish Google Workspace Microsoft Outlook Filing English Administrative experience Organizational skills Office experience Full Job Description Office Assistant / Receptionist (Bilingual English & Spanish) Contractor(1099)/Part-Time Real One Property Management is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing property management team. This position serves as the first point of contact for homeowners, residents, board members, vendors, and visitors while providing administrative support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the office. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and customer service are essential. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming calls using Microsoft Teams and direct inquiries appropriately. Monitor and respond to multiple email inboxes throughout the day, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate communication. Greet visitors professionally and provide exceptional customer service. Assist homeowners, tenants, board members, vendors, and residents with general inquiries. Coordinate and process new resident applications, lease applications, sales applications, and related documentation. Coordinate clubhouse rentals and maintain reservation schedules. Assist with communications between management, homeowners, residents, and Boards of Directors. Schedule appointments, meetings, inspections, and vendor visits. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within the company software platforms. Assist with preparing correspondence, notices, reports, meeting materials, and other administrative documents. Support office operations, including supply management, organization, and general administrative duties. Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive association, homeowner, and company information. Support management staff with special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) required . Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong data entry and record-keeping abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in property management, homeowners associations (HOAs), condominiums, real estate, or related industries is a plus. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, friendly, and capable of handling a high volume of emails, phone calls, and administrative tasks while maintaining excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our property management operations and ensuring positive relationships with residents, board members, vendors, and clients.
