Job Description

Position Summary The Admin/Office Asst plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across Paradise Golf. This individual will oversee administrative functions, support membership operations, coordinate internal processes, and serve as a key point of contact for vendors, partners, and internal team members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Operations Manage daily office operations, workflows, and administrative systems Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts Coordinate scheduling, calendars, meetings, and internal communications Support basic bookkeeping tasks including invoices, expense tracking, and payments (in coordination with accounting/finance) Membership & Customer Support Serve as a first point of contact for member inquiries via email, phone, or CRM Support membership onboarding, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations Coordinate member communications, confirmations, and documentation Assist with tracking member benefits, discounts, coupons, and usage Partner & Vendor Coordination Liaise with golf course partners, service providers, and vendors Support contract administration and document management Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups with external partners Operations & Process Support Help implement and document internal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain records, databases, and CRM accuracy Support coordination of events, tournaments, clinics, or promotional activities Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives Team & Culture Support Support onboarding of new hires and contractors Help foster a professional, organized, and collaborative work environment Assist with internal reporting and management updates Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Asst, Office Asst, or Operations Coordinator Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems) Comfort working with invoices, basic financial tracking, and vendor management Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently Experience in hospitality, sports, golf, or membership-based businesses is a plus Preferred Attributes Customer-service oriented with a professional, friendly demeanor Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Adaptable and comfortable in a growing, evolving organization Interest in golf, sports, or lifestyle brands preferred What We Offer Opportunity to grow with an emerging golf and lifestyle brand A collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture About Paradise Golf Paradise Golf is a growing golf membership and experiences platform that partners with premier golf courses to deliver exceptional access, value, and community for golfers.
