Job Description

Fonort LLC, an internal medicine clinic in South Florida, is hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone organized, reliable, and committed to delivering quality patient care while managing the financial and operational health of the practice. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations: scheduling, patient confirmations, records management, and general administration Handle accounts receivable, insurance follow-up, claims submission, and medical billing processes Monitor and optimize appointment scheduling to meet clinic capacity goals and revenue targets Track key metrics: fill rates, no-shows, cancellations, and patient flow to support practice growth Greet and assist patients professionally (in-person and by phone) Maintain office organization and compliance with medical regulations Support reporting and financial analytics for management decision-making What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or healthcare practice management (required) Demonstrated expertise in medical billing, insurance processing, claim follow-up, and billing software 2+ years of administrative experience in a medical practice, clinic, or healthcare setting Proficiency with medical software or appointment scheduling systems
Bilingual:
Spanish and English (required for patient communication) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, hours to be discussed)
