Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Location Manager to join our team. As a Location Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our daily operations. You will be responsible for building the company's leadership team by hiring and training key roles employees to carry out PKMD's vision. You will also be the company's culture guide, and direct communication to reinforce the company's mission and motivate our team. As location manager, you are to enforcing legal compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for all aspects of attendance from employee attendance to client attendance. The Location Manager/Director will assist the Director of Nursing with appropriate non-nursing tasks. Location Manager/ Director roles and responsibilities include:
  • Displaying proficiency in operations of all office equipment; fax, copier, computer, phone, and security system.
  • Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of the organization's operations and programs.
  • Overseeing and reporting the company results to the president/CEO.
  • Preparing accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicate business results, variances, and performance trends.
  • Conduct face-to-face outreach to healthcare professionals, pediatricians, specialists, and other potential referral sources in surrounding counties.
  • Provide our information to families in a way that captivates their attention.
  • Maintaining and cultivatingstrengthen relationships with doctors and school administrators.
  • Providing leadership to and managing the center's staffs to ensure appropriate support of all departments.
  • Supervising the development of operations-based financial modeling.
  • Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annually budget reviews, and periodic forecast updates with the president of PKMD and accountant
  • Approving major systems implementations related to cost and inventory control.
  • Ensuring the company's goals meet or exceed objective standards.
  • Monitoring operations and ensuring employees and business practices comply with regulations and legal requirements.
  • Developing the organizational culture by promoting transparency and collaboration throughout the center.
  • Identifying potential risks and opportunities within the organization and its environment to protect business interests.
  • Representing the company at social and corporate events in ways that strengthen the brand and communicate the company's message.
  • Completing referral data entry after Initial Assessment is performed by the DON.
  • Creating new patient's initial information files to include insurance carrier and demographic information.
  • Deactivating clients' profiles for those no longer attending.
  • Reviewing records from transportation roster sheets as needed.
  • Reporting discrepancies in daily attendance log to the Billing agent immediately.
  • Upkeeping of the payroll system, such as: (monthly schedules, adjusting weekly schedules as needed, managing overtime/ ratio/ and attendance point issues).
  • Communicating any changes with the DON (late, absent, requests, vacation, ect..).
  • Updating immunization records for clients and staff (send reminder).
  • Scheduling Initial Assessments for perspective clients in collaboration with the DON.
  • Giving tours of the center as needed.
  • Providing logistical support, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management for all office functions and expenditures.
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and reporting effectiveness of office workflow.
  • Communicating concerns in regard to employees' concerns/ injuries, budget disparities, or any matters that can potentially impact operations.
  • Attending in-services and required training to benefit the quality care improvement of PKMD.
  • Maintaining basic life support certification.
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all situations and interactions.
  • Coordinate daily transportation route for patients to and from home.
  • Respond to emergency calls and after hour messages from families as needed. In collaboration with the office assistance:
  • Updating contact information in client charts.
  • Contacting Doctors and parents for signatures on Plan of Care.
  • Orders office and medical supplies as necessary.
Qualifications/Skills :
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Demonstrates leadership and management skills.
  • Work experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Efficient multitasking and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of accounting software.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles.

Requirements:
1 or more years medical management or supervisory experience Medicaid billing is a plus Other relevant experience in the medical field Current CPR card PPEC experience preferred 40 clock hours are required each week. We also offer several benefits, including:
