ABA Office Manager Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00-5:00 Step-It-Up ABA is now hiring an experienced and dedicated ABA Office Manager. If you are compassionate and enjoy working with children and adolescents, come join us! We are a mission driven practice that is resolved on doing our part to improve the quality of life for children with ASD and their families. When you join our team, you will be empowered to make a difference in the lives of your clients and their families. As an ABA Office Manager, you will work in a brand new clinic that provides children who have autism or other developmental challenges with ABA therapy.
ABA Office Manager Responsibilities :
Manage intake, new client onboarding, and family communication. Collect and record data daily Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Communicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner Coordinate clinical and administrative staff schedules. Fill-in as an RBT when needed. ABA Office Manager (RBT)
