Position Overview Responsible for supporting the Home Center Business Unit Manager with various integral tasks beginning at the point of inquiry and ending with delivery to the customer. And, for overseeing the day to day administration of the Home Center Atlanta office location. Key Responsibilities Analyze client point-of-sale (POS) data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights; provide recommendations to improve performance and sales outcomes. Develop and execute strategic advertising and promotional plans for e-commerce programs to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth. Partner directly with clients to identify and recommend optimal product assortments tailored to e-commerce platforms. Manage new item setup and ongoing product maintenance across client and customer portals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain regular communication with clients and customers to support business objectives and strengthen relationships. Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at maximizing sales, operational efficiency, and profitability. Attend national conventions, trade shows, and industry events as required to support business development and brand presence. Visit national retailers on a regular cadence Manage the day-to-day operations of the regional office. Provide leadership and supervision to regional office team members to achieve organizational goals Support special projects and additional initiatives as assigned by management. Required Experience and Education To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Salesforce.
