Job description Enduris is the premier risk sharing pool for special purpose districts in Washington State. Recognized both locally and nationwide, they are industry leaders dedicated to providing comprehensive, straightforward risk management solutions. Their membership includes nearly 500 local governments and districts that collaborate to share risks, reduce costs, and ensure stability in uncertain times. Enduris is currently seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to join their team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of their daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative functions, excellent customer service, and governance support. You will work closely with the Operations Team, the Executive Director, and the Board of Directors. In addition to the daily office administration tasks, this role will be responsible for interfacing the Enduris Board of Directors, coordinating board travel and meetings, and assisting with applicable governance requirements. This position will require a high level of accuracy, professionalism, interdepartmental communication, and positive relationship building.
