Job Description

Office Manager
  • Contract Position (Atlanta) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving abilities. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in office management.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for upper management
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Oversee office maintenance and ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month.
