ABOUT THE ROLE
Alpine Roofing & Restoration is a fast-growing residential roofing company based in Braselton, GA. We are hiring a full-time Office Admin to join our in-office team and own the day-to-day administrative operations of a high-volume restoration company. This is a role for someone who is experienced, self-directed, and takes genuine ownership of their work. If you need close supervision to stay on task, this is not the right fit. $18- 22/hr based on experience Full time | Monday-Friday In office | Braselton, GA 30517 RESPONSIBILITIES Manage job intake process and customer communication from first contact through job completion Maintain and update CRM (JobNimbus) — accuracy and timeliness are non-negotiable Track and follow up on referrals and leads Support claims coordination and supplement tracking Handle inbound calls, emails, and office correspondence Assist GM and operations team with reporting and scheduling as needed Identify gaps in process and bring solutions, not just problems
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail High critical thinking — you figure things out Proficiency with CRMs, Google Workspace, or similar tools Excellent written and verbal communication Reliable, punctual, and self-managedPREFERRED EXPERIENCE
JobNimbus or similar roofing/restoration CRM Insurance, restoration, real estate, or medical office background Experience in a company that was actively growing or scalingOUR CULTURE
