Job Description
PetVet Care Centers' North Brookhaven Veterinary Hospital is currently seeking a Supervisor, Front Office Care Coordination to join their team! Position Overview Join our team as a Supervisor, Front Office Care Coordination who is responsible for ensuring courteous and efficient client service at the hospital, including phone management, payment processing, and care coordinator supervision. Also, serves as a care coordinator when needed. North Brookhaven Veterinary Hospital is located just outside of Atlanta and proudly serves the Brookhaven community and their beloved dogs and cats. We're a well-balanced, positive team with a supportive culture and a desirable schedule — closing at 6 p.m. on weekdays and 1 p.m. on Saturdays (Sundays off — woo hoo!). Nestled in a charming plaza with great restaurants, childcare, and a nearby park (walking distance from the hospital), our hospital offers a warm, community-focused environment where every team member can thrive. Key Responsibilities Supervise care coordinators, including hiring, evaluating, and enforcing policies. Schedule care coordinators as per staffing needs and provide backup when necessary. Address client complaints, escalating issues to the Hospital Manager. Manage specialist scheduling and handle financial transactions. Process refunds, returns, credits, and payment plans. Generate billing statements, assist with collections, and prepare end-of-month reports. Serve as a backup to the Hospital Manager for building maintenance. Perform other assigned tasks by the Manager. Qualifications (Required) High School diploma or equivalent. Veterinary environment, terminology, and protocols Working in a team environment Customer Service Handling multiple tasks and priorities Multi-line telephone systems Organization skills Attention to detail Verbal and written communication skills Supervisory and staff scheduling skills Basic math skills Properly handling and acc
Schedule:
