Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator who is bilingual in Korean to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage daily office operations, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment. Duties Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and direct inquiries efficiently Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update records with precision Oversee office supply inventory, place orders, and ensure the workspace remains organized and functional Assist with bookkeeping tasks Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and handling mail distribution Maintain office equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate repairs as needed Uphold professional phone etiquette and deliver exceptional clerical support aligned with organizational standards Visit customer job sites as needed Experience Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required; strong communication skills in both languages are essential Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and general clerical duties Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Excellent typing speed along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy Prior customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools or office procedures while maintaining high-quality work standards

Up to $25.00 per hour
