Job Description

Job Overview Wow Cargo Trailers is looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Office Manager and front office team. This position plays an important role in keeping our dealership office organized and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, customer interaction, and being part of a team. Responsibilities Office Support & Administration Assist the Office Manager with daily office operations and administrative tasks Answer incoming phone calls and emails and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain organized office records, files, and documentation Support the preparation of reports and internal documents Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed Customer & Team Support Provide professional assistance to customers, vendors, and employees Assist the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed Help maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment Coordinate internal communication between departments Data Entry & Documentation Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems Assist with light accounting tasks such as invoices, receipts, and filing Support inventory or dealership documentation when needed Operational Assistance Assist with scheduling, office supplies, and day-to-day office coordination Support special projects and operational initiatives directed by management Help ensure smooth workflow across the office team Qualifications Previous administrative or office support experience required Dealership or automotive/trailer industry experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in basic computer systems and office software Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly and enjoys being a key part of a team.
