Responsibilities This position is responsible for maintaining a centralized team that coordinates all aspects of the vehicle sales process starting from credit application to vehicle funding In addition, this position develops periodic financial reports that comply with generally accepted accounting principles Manages & oversees a team of sales contract administrators Ensures vehicle sales contracts conform to specific state and group requirements Oversees vendor management and outsourcing Works with central accounting for timely and complete financial statements Supports sales teams across the enterprise to ensure efficient vehicle funding and processing Ensures timely funding for contracts in transit Performs other duties as assigned in support of sales and accounting teams Qualifications A strong desire to succeed with no complacency 3+ years of Office Manager experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Automotive industry Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dealership accounting principles a must Experience with all aspects of business office duties High School diploma or GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Advanced computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort with fast-paced environment #SAG-CS
