Job Summary Small home based business is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office environment. Your proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and friendly demeanor will support our team, enhance customer interactions, and maintain a professional workplace. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your administrative expertise while contributing to a vibrant and collaborative office culture. Duties Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems both digitally and physically Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and communication Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients, vendors, and internal teams with their inquiries Oversee office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of common areas Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate financial records Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or submission Support administrative projects including proofreading, data entry, filing, and record keeping with attention to detail Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong phone etiquette skills along with experience managing multi-line phone systems Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is beneficial Ability to handle confidential information discreetly with professionalism and integrity Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy; familiarity with proofreading is preferred Exceptional customer service skills combined with positive attitude and proactive problem-solving abilities Join us as an Office Administrator where your energy, organization, and dedication will make a real difference every day! Pay:
$12.50 - $14.00 per hour
