This role is ideal for a professional who is organized, customerfocused, and comfortable handling a blend of administrative tasks, light accounting, billing, and frontoffice responsibilities. The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service for contractors, vendors, and walkin clients. #IND123
Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly manner Provide customer service support to contractors, vendors, and walkin customers Perform light accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and payment posting Assist with billing, account updates, and basic AR/AP support Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports as needed Support sales staff with order entry, quotes, and customer account information Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory Ensure front office area remains clean, organized, and welcoming Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to support overall business operations Working hours: 8:00 AM

Experience in electrical supply, construction supply, or wholesale distribution Familiarity with invoicing systems or ERP software Prior experience supporting sales or operations teams Knowledge of basic AR/AP processes
Education:
High School Experience:
