INJURY OFFICE MANAGER
Job Overview:
Our law firm is seeking an Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager must have experience handling personal injury cases such as auto accidents, trucking accidents, ride share accidents, dog bites, and some criminal defense. The Office Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the office, for the daily management of employees, plan events, ensure company is HR complaint with all regulations and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employees to ensure on time arrive, departure, evaluation is completed, respond toe sick calls, request for time off, etc.
  • Ensure employees are performing according to company KPI.
  • Ensure payroll is ran. - Esnure all vendors handled propertly with payment, taxes, and all other matters.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and other parties to ensure cases are proceeding properly.
  • Participate office meeting with attorney and support staff.
  • Conduct audit of supplies, order supplies, and ensure the office has what needs.
  • Participating in staff meetings and training as required
  • Other duties as assiged: Office Manager (operations/HR/accountabilit)
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients.
  • Willingness to learn and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Manager.
  • Excellent writing skills. - Strong personal injury knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
Other Responsibilities:
Ensure the office is organized. Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action. Create HR documents for each employee. Conduct employee evaluations on a quarterly, bi-annually, and annual basis. Ensure payment of office insurance, Worker's Compensation complaint. Communicate with associates, paralegals, support staff and clients. Prepare legal correspondence and ensure properly filed and stored. Respond to client needs.
Compensation:
  • Commensurate with experience.
