Compensation:
$60,000 +
Responsibilities:
Team Coordination
  • Understand and perform each job description within the team, providing support and guidance as needed. Assist in training new team members on job roles and responsibilities. Facilitate communication between team members to ensure seamless workflow. Customer Service Management
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions. Positive Work Environment
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work culture, encouraging teamwork and employee management.
Organize team-building activities and events to enhance morale. Provide regular feedback and support to team members to promote growth and development. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high productivity and performance. Conduct regular check-ins with team members to address any concerns or challenges.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management or a related field preferred. Would prefer some real estate and property management experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Office Software and Spreadsheets
  • We mostly use Google Workspace.
