Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Office Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the business office. Manage human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with department heads to support community goals and initiatives. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Handle payroll processing and benefits administration. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management and human resources. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry is a plus. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in office software and HR management systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
