Job Description

Office Manager/Bookkeeper wanted for a manufacturing company in Thomasville with $5 million in annual revenue. This is a career opportunity with a growing business and includes a starting salary of $50,000 with health benefits, PTO and a profit-sharing opportunity. The requirements and job description are: Minimum 2 years' experience with quickbooks An understanding of accounting to include debits, credits, COAs, invoicing, costing and payroll Daily invoicing Daily AP, bill and inventory receiving entries Payroll Collecting payment from customers and keeping accounts current Entering payments to vendors and keeping accounts current Bank account reconciliation Report to remote CFO for monthly financial and budget to actual reporting Create fabrication and install schedules for teams Post to social media accounts
Pay:
$24.09 - $29.01 per hour
