This role is essential to ensuring efficiency across financial processes, customer service, and administrative functions, while also providing leadership to the office team. If you are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing retail environment. Key Responsibilities Process daily bank deposits accurately and on time Manage credit approvals, chargebacks, and returned payments Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Assist with documentation for collections as needed Oversee sales orders, credits, and purchase orders Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all guests Confirm delivery scheduling and ensure accurate customer information Address customer questions and resolve concerns in a timely manner Support sales associates with transaction and customer-related issues Supervise and schedule office staff Assist with employee training and onboarding Maintain employee and operational records Support store opening and closing procedures Ensure compliance with cash handling and payroll processes Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to provide excellent customer service Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in office administration, retail operations, or a related field preferred Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead a team
