Our recently acquired office in Mililani boasts a team of seasoned Licensed Professionals dedicated to offering insurance and financial products aimed at safeguarding customers' homes, vehicles, lives, retirement income, and beyond. Effectively lead and inspire the agency team, assuring team members meet expected levels of performance, comply with all policies and procedures of the business, and function well as a team. Will set the example with a positive can-do attitude. Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive team which achieves high quality customer service, optimal sales volume, accurate account processing, efficient and accurate work practices and a safe and respectful working environment on a daily basis. Responsible for achieving office performance goals, including but not limited to: sales, customer retention, financial production, customer service scores and bundling. Accurately analyzes performance information and communicates this information as a member of the company leadership team. Integrates all major operating functions of the business. Ensures everyone is rowing together in the same direction. Models the way, always working toward the greater good of the business. Effectively performs Customer Protection Reviews Timely and effective handling of all office facility and technology maintenance and repair needs.
Responsible for agency personnel duties:
team schedules, leave approval, team member evaluations. Coordinates and collaborates with the Company Manager on corrective actions, hiring and terminations. Dependably demonstrates a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity. Effective training and mentoring of agency team. Effectively manage and coordinate all Lead activities. Agency Compliance Officer. Review written policies and endorsements for compliance, correct coverage, and discounts. Participates in weekly and monthly company leadership meetings Effectively communicates Effective at handling customer complaints and customers-at-risk. Effective at handling conflict resolution within and among Agency team members.
