We are an established, fast-moving commercial real estate firm, and this role plays a central part in keeping our operations running smoothly. Position Overview This role serves as the operational backbone of our office by supporting administrative functions, coordinating day-to-day activities, and helping ensure a seamless experience for tenants and internal team members. You'll balance accounting tasks, communication, and office coordination in a dynamic environment where your work has a direct impact. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR) Serve as a point of contact for tenant communication and support Assist with property management coordination and tasks Maintain organized records, systems, and documentation Provide general administrative and operational support as needed What We're Looking For Proven ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay on top of deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required Why Join The Godwin Group?
