We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced professional to serve as Executive Assistant and Office Manager supporting the entire C-Suite (President, CFO, COO and CCO) at our Des Moines headquarters. Position Overview
  • Job Description This is an in-person, on-site role at the heart of our leadership team.
The Executive Assistant / Office Manager will serve as a trusted partner to the entire C-Suite, managing day-to-day operations, anticipating needs, and ensuring our leadership team can focus on high-level priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Executive Assistant support to the entire C-Suite, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prioritize and handle high-priority tasks and time-sensitive requests on behalf of leadership
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the C-Suite
  • Handle all office management duties including supply ordering and stocking, equipment orders, coordination with deliveries, vendor management, and facilities maintenance
  • Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate and support internal meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in an executive assistant, office manager, or administrative role, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • High School diploma required, a college degree is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and calendar management tools
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently
  • Prior experience as an Office Manager or in a clinical office environment strongly preferred
  • Healthcare background encouraged but not required
  • Prior experience in Human Resources is a plus, but not required What We Offer
