Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This dynamic role requires a proactive individual who thrives in managing multiple responsibilities, from overseeing daily office activities to coordinating essential services. As the backbone of our team, you will foster a productive workspace, streamline processes, and support our organizational goals with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient and welcoming environment for staff and visitors Responsible for directing incoming calls from vendors/customers Assisting in clerical duties: filing, copying & faxing documents Assist in AP/AR duties that include; invoicing/vendor payments, assist in month-end closing activities including reporting and reconciliation. Support company audit (Food Safety, Department of Labor) Responsible for ordering office supplies and equipment
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
