We take great pride in our work, employees and our community. This candidate will be detail oriented for maintaining confidential records, collecting and organizing daily records, assisting in new employee orientations, ordering supplies as well as shipping and receiving records to our main office in Oregon City, Oregon,. This position requires a reliable, motivated and productive employee that works well with others and willing to learn and grow with the company. The job location is in Boise Idaho.
Schedule :
Monday through
Friday:
7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Job Tasks Summary:
  • Daily record keeping required for various time and material tickets.
  • Daily reporting of onsite personnel and hours worked per day
  • Communicating with & tracking of subcontractor paperwork requirements
  • Submitting daily documentation to personnel in Coffman Headquarters Oregon City, Oregon
  • Ordering and maintaining all needed supplies for the office and safety equipment.
  • Organizing all daily reporting necessary.
  • Assist with scheduling all new employee orientations and submitting required payroll/human resource paperwork to headquarters.
  • Providing administrative support, including assisting with day-to-day office operations, special projects, and other assigned tasks.
  • Running errands as required and requested.
Experience :
  • 5+ years' office experience preferred
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Basic knowledge of
Word, Excel and Adobe Education:
High School Diploma 2 year
Associates Degree Preferred Compensation & Benefits:
  • $21.00 per hour
