Job Description

About us: We are a family owned semi truck/semi trailer dealership, which includes the following departments: Truck & trailer sales, trailer rentals, parts sales, and a service department that repairs trucks and trailers. Our hours are Mon - Thurs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Fridays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed weekends and major holidays. We are a family friendly employer. We employ approximately 15 people and most tend to stay with us for many years. We look forward to adding a great person to our work family to fill this position.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and greeting customers in a nice personable manner Handling sales invoices & documents Processing accounts payable & accounts receivable Bi-weekly payroll & payroll taxes Up to date inventory reports for trucks, trailers and parts Assisting with bank and credit card reconciliations Processing titles with Idaho DMV Monthly sales tax with state of Idaho DOT supervision for processing paperwork, permits, drug testing, etc.
Experience:
General accounting & QuickBooks experience is required Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook Great written and verbal communication skills Strong organization skills Ability to multitask Reliable and consistent
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
