Reach Aviation is seeking a Controller and Office Manager for our team. The Controller & Office Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate, timely, and well-organized financial records while also supporting the company's general administrative, office, and operational coordination needs. This role is primarily finance-focused, with responsibility for bookkeeping, accounts payable, banking, reconciliations, payroll coordination, cash flow visibility, financial documentation, and support for external accounting and tax preparation. In addition to financial responsibilities, this position serves as a key administrative anchor for a lean team, helping ensure office operations, vendor coordination, company records, compliance calendars, and general administrative processes are organized and running smoothly. This role is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, organized, and comfortable working across finance, administration, and operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate can manage recurring financial processes independently, improve internal controls and documentation, and provide reliable operational support to leadership without requiring a narrowly defined corporate structure. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and related systems Record, categorize, and reconcile financial transactions, bank accounts, and credit cards Process invoices, vendor payments, checks, ACH payments, wire transfers, and credit card payments Monitor cash flow, account balances, payment deadlines, and upcoming financial obligations Coordinate payroll records, employee timekeeping, and payroll submissions with external providers Support budgeting, expense tracking, financial reporting, and cash flow visibility for leadership Coordinate with the company's external CPA/accountant for tax preparation, year-end reporting, and compliance documentation Maintain organized financial, payroll, company, and administrative records Support internal controls, documentation standards, and financial process improvements Coordinate office operations, facility needs, maintenance vendors, contractors, supplies, and general administrative services Assist with company records, NDAs, stock documentation, compliance calendars, and selected HR administrative tasks Support leadership with special projects, operational follow-up, company events, and cross-functional administrative needs To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
