About Us:
We are a growing accounting firm seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support our team and help maintain strong client relationships.
Position Overview:
This role will focus on administrative support, client communication, and office organization. Over time, the position will grow into handling payroll and other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client communications (phone, email, in-person) Maintain organized records and documentation Provide general administrative support to the team Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination Learn and assist with payroll processing over time
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Detail-oriented and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team QuickBooks and/or payroll experience preferred, but not required
