Full-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, analytical, and a strong problem solver who can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and clerical duties Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes Maintain accurate financial and administrative records Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence Coordinate office operations and support team members as needed Handle scheduling, email communication, and document management
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Proficiency in QuickBooks and Adobe Acrobat Notary Public certification (required) Strong background in A/P and A/R Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay:
$25.00
