We're looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Office Manager / Customer Relationship Administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced setting and enjoys being the steady, welcoming presence that keeps the office running smoothly. Position Summary This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, professional, and comfortable spending much of the day answering calls and emails, especially during the busy season. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, support our arbor team, and ensure the office remains a hospitable, efficient, and well‑managed environment. During slower months, you'll take on additional administrative projects that support long‑term operational success. Key Responsibilities Customer Communication & Support Answer a high volume of calls and emails with professionalism, clarity, and warmth Assist clients with scheduling, service questions, and general inquiries Maintain accurate client information, service notes, and communication logs Support arborists and field teams with scheduling and administrative coordination Office Management Ensure the office remains welcoming and hospitable (e.g., making fresh coffee, emptying old coffee at day's end, tidying shared spaces) Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor orders Maintain organized filing systems—digital and physical Oversee daily office routines to ensure smooth operations Administrative Accuracy & Workflow Enter and update data with exceptional accuracy Assist with daily and weekly administrative tasks as assigned Support invoicing, documentation, and internal communication processes Take on additional administrative projects during the slow season (e.g., data cleanup, process improvements, system updates) Team Collaboration Work closely with office staff, arborists, and leadership to support company goals Demonstrate a positive, team‑oriented attitude Step in to help wherever needed to keep the office running efficiently Qualifications Previous experience in office management, administrative support, or customer service Strong communication skills—both written and verbal High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and emails during peak season Proficient with basic office software (Microsoft Office, email platforms, CRM systems preferred) A proactive, team‑first mindset Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer Light lifting (up to 25 lbs) for office supplies or packages Occasional movement around the office to maintain hospitality and organization E‑Verify Participation Winkler Tree Care participates in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E‑Verify program to confirm the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.
