The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and use excellent communication skills. This role supports a manufacturing environment, ensuring business operations are running smoothly. Responsibilities Implement full-cycle bookkeeping
  • payables, receivables, and payroll administration from data entry to payment processing to report generation along with regular bank reconciliations and ledger entries Manage front desk presence in greeting visitors and answering the phone (low volume) Handle standard office management
  • maintaining supplies, scanning documents, filing records, sorting mail, etc. Navigate software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and our manufacturing ERP to support information needs between departments Basic onboarding of new personnel
  • benefits enrollment, caretaking of confidential information, etc.
Work closely with the President to set weekly finance priorities, work with Accountant on quarterly financials, generally collaborate with coworkers as needed Commitment to ongoing evaluation & improvement of processes Skills At least a solid knowledge of core bookkeeping principles (double-entry accounting, monthly close, etc.), experience and fluency preferred Clear, efficient communication across any medium Detail-oriented and organized, dedication to excellent record-keeping Self-motivated and self-disciplined; adept in time management and task prioritization, able to complete a variety of tasks independently and on deadline Comfortable both giving original insights and accepting ongoing instruction Balancing multiple projects whether requiring careful long-term planning or quick real-time thinking Requirements 3+ years office administration/clerical experience Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel, QuickBooks Online At least an associate's degree education completed Qualified candidates encouraged to apply, as we are looking for a quick placement.
