Job Description
Local company is looking for a versatile individual to join their team in Elk Grove Village. This person will act as a key link between the office and the warehouse, ensuring orders move smoothly and inventory stays accurate. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of computer work and staying active on their feet. What the Day Looks Like Taking and placing customer orders while ensuring all documentation is timely and correct Managing and updating warehouse inventory records Providing a helping hand in the warehouse with picking, packing, and unloading trucks when needed Supporting the accounting department with accounts receivable tasks Scheduling daily tasks and using MS Office to keep operations organized Key Qualifications Intermediate computer skills are a must, specifically with spreadsheets and MS Office Strong attention to detail to ensure all tasks are documented correctly Flexibility to jump into the warehouse to help the team at a moment's notice A willingness to learn, as the company will provide training for a new ERP system transition next year Excellent communication skills for customer service and team coordination
