Job Description

Office Administrator PrideStaff is seeking an entry level, motivated, energetic, professional
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
to support and maintain the overall administrative functions of the business while coordinating with our partner organization on cross over duties. Received competitive pay with a full company benefits package. •This position requires mature judgment, above average organizational skills and a "can do" attitude.•This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity and in office (NOT REMOTE).
Schedule & Compensation:
Shift:
1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Pay Rate:
$27- $28/hr (DOE)
Core Responsibilities:
eBay, manage product listings and process orders sold for shipping Take photos of machines before and after shipment. File pictures in system Prepare quotes/proposals for service jobs Process sales orders Attach build kits to new machines in shop Book travel for service trips Coordinate meetings, calls, etc. Answer incoming calls Other duties as assigned
Professional Qualifications:
1-3 years of relative or relatable professional experience especially in a manfucaturing environment.
