Assistant Business Office Manager

Saline Care Nursing & Rehab is a skilled nursing facility providing long-term care for up to 120 residents. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team as an Assistant Business Office Manager . This role works closely with the Administrator and Corporate Staff, supporting a wide range of business office functions to ensure smooth facility operations. Key Responsibilities Perform Accounts Receivable , Billing , and Collections duties Handle Accounts Payable and invoice coding Complete insurance and pay source verifications Assist with resident program enrollments , including Medicaid through the Illinois Department of Public Aid Perform general office tasks: answering phones, opening mail, greeting visitors Collaborate with Administrator and Corporate teams to complete various office projects Qualifications Prior office experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred

MUST HAVE
