Job Description

We are a well established and rapidly growing construction company serving the Illinois City Area. We are looking to hire an office manager who will be responsible for answering the phone, outbound sales calls, scheduling appointments, filling out tracking documents, and helping the owner with miscellaneous tasks. You will also be responsible for paying bills, sending and collection invoices. We are looking for someone with a grab the bull by the horns personality that loves to take initiative, knock out tasks, and has an excellent customer service presence! This is an opportunity to be a core member of our team, really define a position that you love, and make a lot more money as you help the company grow!
