Monday-Wednesday & Friday:
9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Saturday:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Office Administrator / Office Coordinator We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrator to join our growing health and fitness facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong administrative and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism Manage front desk operations and create an exceptional client experience Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries Maintain client records and office documentation Enter and organize data using Microsoft Excel. Must have extensive Excel experience Assist with reports, tracking systems, and administrative projects Coordinate communication between clients and staff Help keep daily office operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
Strong people skills and a positive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently while supporting a team Experience in a healthcare, wellness, fitness, or professional office is preferred
