Job Description

We specialize in IT Turnaround for distressed IT environments, as well as provide comprehensive
MSP/MSSP
support. We are seeking a qualified, experienced part-time Office Manager to join our team. Our Office Manager provides support for our Director of Finance and our office overall. You help drive invoice approvals for vendors, coordinate travel and expenses, provide comprehensive reporting, and conduct research. You manage several administrative activities for the office, including approving supply orders. You also generate and review documentation, as directed.
NOTE:
Online search for Lockmann Krane will result in our Elmhurst, IL mailing address. Our physical office is located in Oak Brook, IL. This position reports to the office in Oak Brook. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday for 5 consecutive hours per day. You may select your recurring schedule for any 5-hour period from 8:00am to 5:00pm, but it must be set at time of hire. We do not provide H-1B visa sponsorship.

Duties and Responsibilities 40% Finance Support Partner with Director of Finance to drive invoice approvals process for Clients, including upfront reconciliation for contracts and invoices for new and renewing vendor contracts. Manage and coordinate travel arrangements. Review and manage staff expense report approvals. Partner with Director of Finance to coordinate and distribute sporting event tickets. Support Director of Finance with research and implementation of select tools/solutions. 25% Monthly "Counts" Reporting Receive and review draft "counts" reporting (licensing, user counts, etc.) received from Quality Control Associates. Partner with Quality Control Associates to refine reporting data. Reconcile finalized reports against other internal reporting, and deliver results to Director of Finance. 25% Office Administration Review and approve supply orders reported by Office Coordinator. Partner with internal staff to track assets onsite at HQ. Oversee Conference Room calendar. Manage Support Metrics workbook changes (Excel). Reformat look-and-feel of Client-facing documentation based on Company standards, as requested by Director of Finance. Reinforce security best practices by emphasizing need for staff to "lock" their Company workstations. Approve "SWAG" giveaway items selected by Office Coordinator for booths or fairs. Partner with Director of Finance and Office Coordinator to maintain Office QRG document. Additional data entry, reporting, and documentation support, as directed. 10% Professional Development Identify opportunities to enhance skills on an ongoing basis for professional growth and to help the Company achieve its key priorities.

Onboarding :

Pay:
$22.50 - $23.50 per hour
